I’ve had two successful careers during my 25 years of wearing a suit and tie. I was a sales manager for a national commercial textile company based in New York, and I was vice president of a national tenant brokerage firm located in Washington, D.C. In each industry I was a top producer without sacrificing my integrity. I’ve successfully negotiated millions of dollars worth of transactions. I have an excellent knowledge of business and a talent for solving problems. I treat my clients the same way I want to be treated: with knowledge, integrity, and service!

When I was 45 years old I had a phone call from my son away at college. At the time of his call I had returned from another day stuck in the rat race and living a lifestyle that wasn’t fulfilling. My son reiterated advice I had given him years before, “Don’t go after the dollar, go after quality of life.” I moved to Taos in 1995, six months after that phone conversation. I’ve never had any regrets. I live in paradise where my time is devoted to family, business, and fly fishing. Life is wonderful!

I'm a member of IBBA (International Business Brokers Association) and the Taos Chamber of Commerce.

I learned business brokerage from Sam Goldenberg, a business intermediary in Santa Fe, NM. Sam was one of the best business brokers and finest human beings I’ve ever met. I joined his company where he gave me an excellent education and the opportunity to open a Taos office. Sam passed away in September of 2007. Adios amigo!
